How we use your information to provide property analysis and saved reports.
Your information
We use your account and property information to provide analyses, save reports, and respond to you. Service providers help us run Prudentia, obtain property data, process payments, and maintain security.
AI processing
We share property information with OpenAI to write report summaries and with Anthropic to extract property details from documents and deal lists you submit.
Summary requests include property details, rental comparisons, your assumptions, and calculated results. We omit address fields, account details, and original uploaded files. Details extracted from those files may be included. We have not enabled sharing this data with OpenAI for model training.
OpenAI may process data in the United States and other countries. It may retain requests and responses for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, with legal or safety exceptions. Temporary processing caches may also be used. See OpenAI’s data controls and service providers.
Deletion and contact
Saved reports remain available after paid access ends. To ask about your data or request deletion, email hello@getprudentia.com. We verify requests and explain any billing, legal, or security records we need to retain. Provider records and backups follow separate retention schedules.
